Vita

Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1975. After graduating, she earned a doctorate in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and started her professional career in 1998 at the strategy consultancy Roland Berger in Germany. In 2004, she moved to the corporate sector and held various positions in the areas of finance, strategy, M&A and investor relations in Europe and the US.

Since 2016, Dr. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek has CFO positions of companies such as the travel company Kuoni Group (based in Switzerland), biotech company Novozymes A/S (Denmark) and most recently at the industrial company Nilfisk A/S (Denmark). In addition to the full spectrum of finance including corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, group controlling, treasury and investor relations, she successfully managed complex financing and M&A transactions and restructuring projects. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek is also actively involved in promoting technologies to reduce CO₂ emissions.

In November 2022, she was appointed member of the Executive Board as of March 1, 2023 and Chief Financial Officer of JENOPTIK AG with effect from April 1, 2023.
