Management

JENOPTIK AG is a stock corporation under German law with a dual management system, consisting of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board. The members of the Executive Board are appointed by the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board advises and monitors the Executive Board in its leadership of the company. The two boards work closely together for the good of the company, and all discussions between them take place in an open and trusting atmosphere.
