Whistleblower System

We at Jenoptik are convinced that information protects people and companies.

Darstellung eines Business-Prozess

Violations of ethical rules, laws and regulations are not only incompatible with our values, they also harm society and us as a company. Misconduct can affect our reputation, reduce the trust of our employees, business partners and shareholders and can also lead to material damage. The same applies to risks relating to human rights and environmental requirements under the German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz) and relevant violations in our own business area and at our direct or indirect suppliers.

Risks and misconduct must therefore be identified at an early stage in order to protect people along our entire supply chain, maintain the trust of all our stakeholders and minimize the potential for damage. This is best achieved through communication. We provide a digital whistleblowing system for this purpose, and all incoming reports are processed according to a structured and transparent procedure. Alternatively, you can also contact the employees of the Corporate Center Compliance & Risk Management directly at any time at compliance@jenoptik.com.
